A free program, Cyberbullying: What Parents and Educators Need to Know, will be presented by at the Winona Middle School Auditorium on Saturday, January 23, 2010 from 10 until 11 a.m. The program is presented by Dr. Justin Patchin, co-director, Cyberbullying Research Center and Associated Professor of Criminal Justice at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

This free presentation offers parents, teachers, students and community members an opportunity to learn about Cyberbullying. The program is sponsored by Winona Health and the Winona Health Foundation, Winona Area Public Schools, Winona Police Department, National Child Protection Training Center and the United Way of the Greater Winona Area.

The Cyberbullying program will be held in conjunction with Healthy Kids Club University. No registration is required for the presentation. However, registration is required for those who wish to attend other activities during Healthy Kids Club University (also free!). Healthy Kids Club is for children ages 6 to 11.
