Saturday, April 25, Winona Health Celebrates Women to be fun and informative

Winona Health will host a special morning for women to learn, laugh and relax. Winona Health Celebrates Women will be held Saturday, April 25, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Winona Health campus, 859 Mankato Avenue in Winona.

The morning begins with breakfast and keynote speaker, Lisa Warsinske, a humorist, speaker and actress. In her presentation, "Keeping the focus on What's Truly Important" Lisa shares thoughts about staying positive, finding humor and focusing on the right priorities each day.

In addition, attendees may visit informational booths and take advantage of health screenings and choose two of the following educational programs:

Keep it Balanced with Laurie Stenseth, MSW/LICSW Mental Health Therapist
Laurie will introduce stress management techniques to help keep your life more balanced. These techniques can be used when you are in your car, standing in line or at home.

Quick and Easy tips for a Healthy Lifestyle with Suzanne Cooley, CNM, and Tara Suffrins, CNP.
Tara and Suzanne will talk about how much exercise is really healthy, important nutrition facts, and diet strategies. You'll also learn about current health care screening guidelines for women and have an opportunity to get expert answers to your questions

Your Picture of Health with Jill O'Donnell, RN, CDE, and Sue Haug, RD, LD.
