The clinical pharmacist in our organization has a wide array of responsibilities relating to direct patient care. Our clinical pharmacy service is very much valued by our physicians and nursing staff. It is the expectation of the clinical pharmacist to participate in clinical decision-making and addressing drug therapy problems, performing the role of a drug information specialist, assisting in the development of clinical pathways, as well as providing nursing and physician education. This position is best served by a highly motivated individual with strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy. PharmD preferred. Currently licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy or eligible to become licensed. Must have strong clinical skills. Previous experience desirable.
