Home Health Aide

A Home Health Aide / Hospice Aide is a certified health careworker who assists professional personnel in the personal cares of the patient by providing necessary and desired services. The duties of the Aide are planned and assigned by a professional member of the health care team to meet the needs of the client and family situation.

Essential Skills: Graduate of a state approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Valid Drivers License. CPR Certification. Certified Nursing Assistant. Approved by both the MN and WI Nursing Assistant Registry. Basic computer skills.

Nonessential Skills: Hospice certification desirable.
