The Nursing Assistant is an integral part of the health care team who assists professional nursing personnel in the delivery of patient care in the Medical/Surgical/Pediatrics Department. The Nursing Assistant primarily supports nursing functions as planned and delegated by the professional nurse. In addition to direct patient contact, the Nursing Assistant is responsible for some clerical duties, assisting with maintenance of unit organization and assisting with codes as directed.
Must be a certified Nursing Assistant and on the MN registry. Previous experience preferred.
