I came to work for Winona Health five years ago from England. After passing my RN boards, I wanted to work within the local community.
I love working at Winona Health as I have found new confidence and challenges as a Critical Care Certified Nurse (CCRN) working in the Intensive Care Unit.
I always find Winona Health friendly and progressive; it has fulfilled my personal needs as a working mother with four children, and my educational needs, with the opportunity to study and pass my CCRN.
I care for friends, family and neighbors with an excellent team of professional co-workers who support and respect each other. They inspire me to provide my patients with the best service excellence I can.
Winona Health has given me many opportunities to give back to the community as a Certified CPR Instructor and as a mentor for nursing students at the Technical College and Winona State University.
The most rewarding thing about my job is the chance to learn, improve and provide quality care to the people who I live and work with every day.
