If you have registered for Winona Health Online: In person, at a registration desk or on the phone, you must wait for the registration e-mail to be sent to you before you will be able to access Winona Health Online. You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours.

Yes. Winona Health Online is a secure Internet application in compliance with State and Federal requirements. Access is granted only to users that have registered with their healthcare clinic.

To get started with Winona Health Online and set up a personal log-in and password, speak with someone at any of our registration desks, or call toll-free, anytime, at 1.866.621.8014. You will be asked to verify your personal information and provide us with an email address. An automated email will be sent to the address you have supplied with a link and instructions about going through the registration process. You will be able to select a username and password of your choice.

Simply go to winonahealth.org/winona-health-online and click on Log-in. On this screen, click the link for Forgot your password? Follow the instructions to go through the process of resetting your password. If you still have trouble logging into the site, call 1.877.621.8014 for assistance between 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Mon. – Fri.

There is no fee to use Winona Health Online.
