This year, Winona Health Foundation’s Ben & Adith Miller Golf Classic to benefit the Ben & Adith Miller Patient Care Fund raised a record $175,000. The Miller Patient Care Fund helps individuals and families pay for medical expenses incurred while seeking care at Winona Health.  

More than 220 golfers participated in the event with others attending the public exhibition or making a contribution to the event. The Winona Health Foundation welcomed golf pro John Harris sponsored by Wells Fargo. 

To date, since its inception in 1986, the Patient Care Fund has contributed more than $3.5 million in relief to more than 1,709 individuals and families.

Next year's event is scheduled for Monday, August 9, 2010.
