The Lewiston Clinic was started in 1976 as part of the Winona Clinic and joined Winona Health in January 2008. The Lewiston Clinic provides healthcare services for the surrounding Lewiston area.

- Care for injuries and illness
- Immunizations
- Physicals and a variety of health screenings
- Women’s health services
- Chronic disease management
- Laboratory services
- Diagnostic radiology services for fractures
- Access to Winona Health’s integrated electronic medical records
- Referral to specialty services at Winona Health or other medical center
