As a patient at Winona Health, you have access to your own secure personal health record. Parents can have access to their children's health history through a proxy account. From our Personal Health Record you can:
- View labs and results from your visits at the hospital or clinics
- Monitor blood pressures and weights from your visits to the clinics or hospital
- View other pertinent health information recorded on your record at the clinic, such as immunizations, allergies, medications and procedures
- Message your clinic with questions or scheduling requests
- Complete pre-visit screenings for an upcoming visit to your provider
- Complete an E-health Visit with your provider clinic
