Winona Health’s Healthy Kids Club is a community-wide program for children ages 5-11 and their families. The goal of Healthy Kids Club is to teach children about the importance of health and wellness at an early age. Healthy Kids Club started in 2007 and includes various fun, educational, ongoing programming and educational resources throughout the year. There are three special events free to children ages 5-11 and their families each year.
Winona Health’s Healthy Kids Club events are designed to engage, educate and promote a healthy lifestyle. By collaborating with local organizations to offer a year’s worth of activities for children and resources for families, the program is designed to create numerous opportunities to reinforce healthy living choices so they become a natural part of participants’ daily lives.
