Continuous System Improvement

The Continuous Systems Improvement (CSI) Department was formed in 2009 and is in charge of facilitating ongoing continuous improvement projects that range in complexity. The primary purpose of the CSI Department is to ensure all service lines share common practices which link to, and positively impact the organization’s strategic goals. The CSI department takes pride in the standard work surrounding event planning, execution, and evaluation.  The staff shares its methodology to develop and engage staff throughout Winona Health. A comprehensive training matrix is offered to any service line or department to develop lean facilitators and team leaders across the organization.
