Send a Thank You to a Staff Member

The Staff Thank You program is provided for patients to share their appreciation to Winona Health staff members. If you were unable to share your appreciation directly with a staff member or would like to publicly acknowledge the level of care you received by various Winona Health employees, feel free to submit an electronic Staff Thank You. Staff Thank You submissions will be printed on Winona Health letterhead, placed in an envelope and delivered to the appropriate staff member. Each staff member’s manager will also receive an electronic copy of the thank you. In addition, all Staff Thank You submissions will be posted on the Winona Health employee Intranet for all Winona Health employees to view. If you have questions about the Staff Thank You program or would like to submit a thank you other than through this form, please contact the Public Relations Department at 507.474.3328.
