Winona Health's Childbirth Education Classes help expectant parents learn how to positively cope with the emotional and physical changes that occur during pregnancy and birth. Classes are taught by licensed childbirth educators. Winona Health offers unique one-evening classes on preparing to breastfeed your baby as well. Classes are taught by licensed lactation consultants.
