Dr. Terry Donnal
Dr. Donnal is the founder of Winona Health's Allergy and Asthma Clinic. He is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. Dr. Donnal received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and completed his residency at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia. He also spent four years at Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington, where he was Chief of Allergies and Immunizations.
