Winona Health Business Office After Hours

The Winona Health Business Office staff now offers Business Office After Hours the first Tuesday of every month from 4 to 8 p.m. However, there will be no Business Hours After Hours in January due to the New Year’s Day holiday.

A Winona Health account representative will available by appointment for confidential, one-on-one meetings to answer questions you may have about your Winona Health bill. Meetings will be at Winona Health on the 2nd floor of the clinic.

“People are always welcome to call or make an appointment with one of our account representatives to ask questions and review their bills,” said Randy Benson, director of reimbursement in the Winona Health Business Office. “Some people prefer to bring in their paperwork and ask questions face to face, but because of busy work schedules it works better to come in during evening hours. We want to make things more convenient for them.”

To schedule a confidential meeting with a Winona Health account representative, call 507.457.4579, option 5. Walk-ins will be accommodated as time allows.
