If it’s been a while since you’ve had a good night’s sleep, you may not even remember what you’re missing.

Winona Health’s free Health Talk: The Great Eight—What do you need for a better night’s sleep?  Will be Thursday, July 20 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the B. A. Miller Auditorium at Winona Health, 855 Mankato Avenue in Winona.

Not sleeping well means your quality of life is suffering. Learn how to get a better night’s sleep – it may be easier than you think: from making changes in your sleeping environment and pre-bedtime routine to considering whether you might have a sleep disorder. Whatever the cause, addressing your sleep issue could change your life and the lives of those who love you.

Denver Brown, PA-C, from Winona Health’s Family Medicine, along with Bill Cota and Ashley Wilkemeyer from Winona Health Sleep Advisor services, will discuss how sleep – or lack of sleep – impacts your health and quality of life and share information and answer questions about common sleep issues and possible solutions.
