Improve your balance, strength, flexibility and mobility with Winona Health Tai Ji Quan class

Tai Ji Quan class is a group exercise class designed to help adults improve their balance, strength and flexibility and reduce the likelihood of falling. Tai Ji Quan (pronounced Tie Gee Chwahn) uses slow coordinated movements to help participants enhance balance skills, body alignment, muscle strength, flexibility and mobility.

Winona Health’s 12-week Tai Ji Quan class begins Monday, September 11 and meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Cost is $96 for the 12-week/24 session program.

Classes will be in the Watkins Great Hall at Senior Living at Watkins, 175 E. Wabasha (7th) Street in Winona, Minn.
