The new drive-up window at the Winona Clinic Pharmacy at Winona Health, 855 Mankato Avenue, is now open and the pharmacy interior remodeling is complete. The new drive-up location was designed for easy access with safety and convenience being the top priorities.
“We still enjoy serving our customers inside at the Winona Clinic Pharmacy counter, but we know there are times the drive-up option will be more convenient for them,” said Terry Full, RPh, Winona Health director of Retail Pharmacy. “Our Parkview Pharmacy was the first pharmacy in the area with a drive-up window, and now we’re pleased to continue providing this convenience for our customers on the east side of the building.”
Winona Health’s two retail pharmacies (Parkview Pharmacy and Winona Clinic Pharmacy) have now been consolidated into the Winona Clinic Pharmacy location. Parkview Pharmacy customer prescriptions have been automatically transferred to the Winona Clinic Pharmacy.
The Winona Clinic Pharmacy’s close proximity to Primary Care and Urgent Care presented an opportunity to better meet customer needs through one pharmacy location.
Other improvements at the Winona Clinic Pharmacy include expanded hours and a medication drop box.
