Winona Health is seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Psychiatry CAQ to join our progressive team.

  • Full-time (with a part-time option available) employed position joining an established team — Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, therapists and nurses
  • Primarily adult patient base but will consider child/teen/adult certified
  • Outpatient practice but a focus on both a Partial Hospitalization Program & Intensive Outpatient Program
  • Opportunities to see patients in counseling clinic, nursing homes, in connection with schools and universities, and potential for time directly in the primary care clinic

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a Masters in Science degree in Nursing/Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
  • Maintenance of an active Minnesota APRN license
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or equivalent

OR

  • Successful completion of a Physician’s Assistant training program accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician’s Assistants or equivalent
  • Maintenance of an active Minnesota physician’s assistant license
  • Current certification by the NCCPA
  • Psychiatry Certificate of Added Qualifications or actively in process
