Weekly Support Groups
Time: Tuesdays, 12 – 1:30 p.m.

Information: Weekly drop-in group for parents to weigh their baby, get answers to questions and meet other parents. New parents and expecting parents are welcome. Monthly Support Groups

Information: Do you have a loved one living with a mental illness? If so, this support group provides a place for you that offers information, respect, encouragement, understanding and hope. Short-term Support Groups

Location: Winona Health Senior Living at Watkins, 175 East Wabasha Street, Winona, MN
Information: Winona Health’s Sheila Skeels, LSW, facilitates a six-week, Grief Support Group periodically throughout the year. The Grief Support Group is free, but registration is required.
