Winona Health’s Occupational Health department understands that reducing occupational injuries and illness and the cost of worker’s compensation can be a complex, frustrating, and expensive issue to employers.

Our staff provide a full spectrum of services to assist employers in the prevention and management of work related injuries. We can also assist employers in meeting their regulatory compliance standards.

Our staff will assist you in achieving your business and wellness goals, OSHA requirements and compliance and serve as a resource for questions or concerns you may have regarding the health and well-being of your employees.

An employer requests an onsite visit by a physical therapist to conduct body mechanics training, equipment training, exercise/stretching programs, provide coaching in safety behaviors and symptom management during work and provide educational presentations on various safety and ergonomic topics.
