Massage therapy is an age-old practice recognized for its health-enhancing effects. The healing system of many cultures, including our own, uses hands-on therapy to soothe aches and pains and facilitate the body’s own healing powers.

Massage therapy services are offered at our Sarnia Square location.

Massage Therapists:

Donna McBride graduated from Sister Rosalind’s School of Professional Massage in Rochester, Minn. in 1999. Prior to that, she spent many years as a certified nursing assistant (CNA). She enjoys working with people of all ages. Her experience includes massage for Hospice patients, infant massage, labor and delivery support, lymphatic drainage, hot stone massage, Reiki pain management, and reflexology. Her specialties include deep tissue and Swedish massage. She provides massage care in Outpatient Therapy, Inpatient Services, Lake Winona Manor, and through Hospice. Donna is nationally certified, and she  is also working on specialty certification in geriatrics.  She lives in Galesville, Wisc.

Maureen Pelissero graduated from the Minnesota School of Business in 2011 receiving an Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy. She has worked in several settings since, including a small massage business, spas, a wellness center, and even as a massage instructor. Her style combines relaxation with rehabilitation techniques. She enjoys using various modalities with each session, such as myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Thai massage. Maureen believes in individualized care for each patient and enjoys problem solving in order to improve their quality of life. She loves working with all populations but has a special spot for pregnant women, being a mother of 3 herself. She lives in Winona and tries to spend as much time outdoors as possible. In her free time, Maureen enjoys hiking, yoga, and art in all its forms.

  • 15 minute chair: $22
  • 30 minutes: $40
  • 45 minutes: $50
  • 60 minutes: $60
  • 90 minutes: $80
  • Punch card (20 punches in increments of 15 minutes): $300

Hot Stone Massage

  • 30 minutes: $50
  • 45 minutes: $60
  • 60 minutes: $70
  • 90 minutes: $90
  • Punch card (20 punches in increments of 15 minutes): $350


A physician referral is not needed to make an appointment. Sessions are not covered by insurance. Please be prepared to pay at the time of your appointment.
