Adult Weight-Management Program
Losing weight isn’t easy, but the health benefits are worth the effort. In the right atmosphere and with the right support, it can be done. And it can even be fun! Whether you want to lose a lot or a little – or you’d like help maintaining your current weight – the HealthyFit program is for you.
You’ll be able to track your progress through weekly weigh-ins and a body composition analysis, which includes your waist circumference, at the beginning and end of your HealthyFit program.
HealthyFit is a 14-week program led by a Winona Health registered dietitian and features information from exercise specialists and behavioral health specialists to help you with all aspects of weight management. Click below for more details.

Class size is limited. This 14-week program is $175, program binder is available for an additional $36. The class fee is non-refundable. Program materials will be available online free for all participants. Financial assistance may be available to those who meet specific criteria.
Winter HealthyFit programs begin on the following dates:
Wednesday, January 18th from 2 – 3 p.m.
Wednesday, January 18th from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Monday, January 23rd from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Every other month weigh-in and discussion is available for graduates of the 14-week program. Stop by the Wellness Center Conference Room (2nd floor Parkview Office Building) between 2-2:30 p.m. or 5-5:30 p.m. on the following dates:
