Patient Satisfaction:

How Does Winona Health Measure Up?

Winona Health is dedicated to partnering with patients and their families to provide a quality experience. One of the ways in which we track the patient experience is by regularly surveying our patients about the care they received at our facilities. Winona Health works with Press Ganey and other independent companies to conduct nationally benchmarked, objective patient and resident satisfaction surveys.  Patients are randomly selected who have recently had an experience at Winona Health and mailed a survey to their home address.

Winona Health is dedicated to collaborating with patients and their families in an environment of trust and transparency. We want you to know what our patients think of the care they receive here. We need your input and assistance to help us achieve even higher levels of care. Thank you, in advance, for submitting your feedback on our patient surveys and for seeking care at Winona Health.
