I chose to become a podiatrist to help keep people as active as they can be. I enjoy hiking, cycling and being outdoors with my family, so I want my patients to experience that same joy as well. My philosophy is to get to the root of the foot and ankle problem and educate my patients on what is causing their concern. This way, we can work together to improve their condition. I have special interest in foot and ankle trauma/injuries as well as deformity correction. I have also had extensive training in arthroscopy of the foot and ankle, as well as caring for patients with diabetes. I am a member of the American and Minnesota Podiatric Medical Associations and Faculty of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. I am board certified in forefoot surgery, as well as rearfoot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
