Wellness is much more than eating right and exercising. Wellness is the ability to live life to the fullest and to maximize our personal potential. It is the integration of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. The Winona Health Wellness Department provides the education, resources and guidance for everyone to develop and nurture a life that is healthy, balanced and joyful.
You already know that quitting smoking is one of the most difficult things to do. You’ll find the support, guidance and information you need to get started on the path to being smoke free—the path that leads to better health. We’ll provide information about different smoking cessation aids to help with the physical aspects of nicotine withdrawal and help you develop mental strategies to ease the transition from being a smoker to being free from tobacco’s hold.
For more information on smoking cessation, contact Lynn Sprain, MS, RT, RCEP, at 507.474.3324.
