Losing weight and keeping it off involves much more than just eating your veggies and ditching the sweets. It’s not just changing what you do, but changing how you think about the life you want to live.
HealthyFit For Life helps you define what it means to live the life you truly desire so you can create a personalized wellness plan to lose weight and keep it off for good.
This 8-week program will help you:
- Envision the life you really want to live.
- Establish goals to achieve that vision.
- Develop a personal wellness plan to include proper nutrition, movement, relaxation and sleep.
- Create strategies to get around road-blocks and set-backs.
- Develop a strong mindset supportive of lasting health behaviors.
There are occasional assignments that will require some time to complete on your own. Please allow 30-60 minutes per week in your schedule to optimize your class experience.
Cost: $120. Includes six class sessions PLUS two 30-minute private one-on-one coaching sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: Basic nutrition and exercise principles will NOT be taught in this program. This program is appropriate for those who have an understanding of how to properly lose weight, but are having a difficult time doing it. It is perfect for graduates of our HealthyFit program who want additional support while continuing to lose weight.
