Laura Reutlinger is a Certified Health Coach with a Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Her passion is to simplify the path to optimal wellbeing, and to help others gain a better understanding of how thoughts manifest into physical and emotional responses. As a former college athlete and Certified Mental Performance Coach, Laura can provide you with the tools to help you perform more consistently at the upper range of your capability, whether athletically, professionally, or just in everyday life. Through her own on-going journey to a healthier lifestyle, she understands the difficulty of maintaining new habits and continues to strive for progress rather than perfection. She believes we can successfully navigate our seasons of life by asking what it is that brings value to our daily experiences and intentionally including those values to create our own happiness.

Tina Smith is a Certified Wellness Coach with a Master’s Degree in Public Health. With 25 years of coaching and teaching experience, her passion is to help you remove the barriers that are keeping you from living your very best life. Having overcome depression, anxiety and insomnia, Tina can provide you with ways to stay well despite your diagnosis.
In addition, she is a single mother who understands day to day struggles. Tina has a large wellness tool box filled with unique tools to help you address your unique issues.
