Everyone experiences stress in one form or another. When the stress in our daily life builds up, we experience many different emotions that can contribute to fatigue and burnout.
How would your life change if you were able to effectively manage your stress? Choose to take control of your stress and improve your life.
Take Control of Stress is an 8-week program in which you will learn about the effects of stress on your body and mind, along with strategies to effectively manage stress and fatigue, and reduce your risk of burnout.
Discussion topics include:
- Fatigue and burnout
- Stress and your health
- Mindfulness and resilience
- Reducing barriers
Cost: $120. Includes six one-hour programs plus two 30-minute private coaching sessions.
Mondays, Jan. 7 – Feb. 25, 2019, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Thursdays, Jan. 10 – Feb. 28, 2019, Noon – 1 p.m.
Meetings will be held on the second floor of the Parkview Office Building at Winona Health, 855 Mankato Ave. in Winona.
Class size is limited and registration is required.
