Eight Winona Health staff were recognized for 40 years of service during Winona Health’s annual service awards celebration. In all, 119 staff were recognized for service milestones from five to 45 years in five-year increments. Each year in May, Winona Health celebrates staff who have reached service milestones from five to 45 years of service in five-year increments.

In recognizing the honorees, Winona Health President and CEO, Rachelle Schultz, EdD, said, “As I look across the room tonight and at the people being recognized, I see the tapestry of our community and the value each person brings to our experience at Winona Health. One only has to personally experience the need for compassion and care during vulnerable times to know the priceless value of our community hospital, our senior services, our ambulatory care clinics, or our extended community-based care and services to know how critical your work is for our community.”

In all, 119 people celebrated five-year milestones:

• 43 Celebrated 5 years
• 19 Celebrated 10 years
• 24 Celebrated 15 years
• 8 Celebrated 20 years
• 8 Celebrated 25 years
• 6 Celebrated 30 years
• 1 Celebrated 35 years
• 8 Celebrated 40 years
• 2 Celebrated 45 years
