Outpatient Services
Winona Health Psychiatric & Counseling Services offers a comprehensive array of outpatient services:
- Mental health assessments
- Psychiatric medication management
- Addiction medicine (Meet Dr. Kerr!)
- Intensive outpatient program
- Individual therapy and treatment for children, adolescents and adults related to issues and conditions such as:
- anxiety
- depression
- grief and loss
- LGBTQ+ affirming care
- life transitions
- mood instability
- self-esteem
- stress management
- substance use/addiction
- trauma therapy/EMDR
The Winona Health Psychiatric and Counseling staff includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists and support staff.
Expanded Counseling Services at School
Winona Health School-Based Health Clinics at Jefferson Elementary and the Winona Area Learning Center offer expanded counseling services. These locations offer the same mental health services that are available in our Psychiatric and Counseling Services department at Winona Health.
