Hannah Dégallier, PA-C, joins Winona Health Family Medicine

Hannah Dégallier, a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) has joined Winona Health and is seeing patients of all ages in the Family Medicine department on the second floor of the clinic at 855 Mankato Ave., Winona, Minn.

“I have always enjoyed medicine and the physician assistant profession allows for diversity of opportunities throughout the medical field,” said Dégallier. “I chose Winona Health because I wanted to have a first-hand role in improving the health of the community in which I live, and I’m looking forward to getting to know patients on a deeper level than what the medical chart shows.”

Dégallier is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Originally from Anoka, Minn., Dégallier earned her Bachelor of Science in Cellular Molecular Biology from Winona State University in Winona, Minn., then went on to earn her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Studies from Midwestern University’s Physician Assistant Program in Downers Grove, Ill. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

In her free time, Dégallier enjoys every extra minute with her husband, Peter, a Winona native she met during their undergrad years at Winona State University, and their children. The family spends as much time outside as possible, paddle boarding, running, hiking, gardening and enjoying the company of wonderful people.
