The reason I am writing you this letter is to compliment your staff. I had surgery performed by Dr. Serleth and team. The surgery went exceptionally well. I spent a few days recovering on the 2nd floor. Everyone from maintenance, housekeeping, the social worker, nutrition, doctors, nurses, and aids were extremely caring and helpful in my recovery. Something else I noticed while I was there was how polite and professional all the staff were, not only to me, but also to each other.
