Customer service is “alive and well”

One of our patients made a point of telling me that he really appreciated us treating him like a person and not a number. When he had a concern, he said Beth in our Urgent Care sincerely listened and took the time to understand his point of view. He said that, in general, he doesn't like the direction customer service is going in the world we live in today, but Beth showed him that customer service is "still alive and well" here at Winona Health. Beth and I were so surprised when he followed up his visit with a floral gift! What a way to brighten our day. I am proud of my coworkers and of our organization.
