New mobile check in option: “It was so easy!”

After introducing our new mobile check-in option earlier this year for patients coming for urgent care or emergency services, we’ve rolled out a self-registration option for scheduled visits in several other departments. This means you can choose to complete registration information from your mobile device instead of at the registration desk. This option lets you efficiently review and update your registration information privately at your convenience, when you may have easier access to the information you need. You also can confirm your appointment via text message or email and check in on your own device when you arrive – no username or password is required. Comments so far have been positive with one of the favorite features being efficiency in completing necessary forms and only having to make updates when necessary. Those who are not comfortable using a mobile device to check in, or those who choose not to for any reason, are able to check in at the registration desk as you have in the past.
