Viewing a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card
Get a digital vaccination record card by going to the COVID Center in your My Winona Health portal and selecting View Vaccine Verification. If you received your vaccination at Winona Health or have documented your COVID-19 immunization record, a record card will be generated with a scannable QR code. To save this for offline use, you have the option of printing or taking a screenshot of the card. Your QR code contains an encoded string of information that can be read and verified by organizations adhering to the SMART Health Card standard. The QR code contains a minimal set of health information needed to verify your immunization status, all of which is readable on the card itself. If you received your COVID-19 vaccination somewhere else and would like to add verification of vaccination to your health record accessible through your My Winona Health portal, contact your healthcare provider’s office and give them a copy of your vaccination information. It can then be added to your medical record.
