Caregiver Stories 1000X1000 Nathan

“My favorite thing about being a caregiver at Winona Health is seeing the lives of our patients improve while they are here. To me, caregiving means a lot of things. It means helping with day-to-day tasks that may seem simple, but that can be complex for some individuals. Caregiving also means caring in a way that respects and maintains each patient’s dignity. As a nursing student, I also appreciate watching and working side-by-side with other nurses and seeing how they care for our patients. I am excited about what the future holds for my nursing career because the options are limitless.” — Nathan Wooden, CNA, inpatient care
