I cannot express how pleased I was to have chosen Winona Health. I went to Urgent Care and waited only 10 minutes to get in (I am impressed!) The nurse that took my info was nice, courteous and thorough. Next I was seen by a CNP or PA. Very helpful, explained what was happening and that I was going to the emergency department. They did not have a room for me. I sat there less than 15 minutes. EVERYONE in the ER was helpful, kind and just plain nice people! My favorite was Dr. Kelly!
