Thank you for restoring faith in human nature…

A patient recently honored Leah Winecke, a physical therapist in our Rehabilitation Services department, by recognizing her as a Winona Health HERO, saying: “Leah is an excellent therapist. Her unexpected kindness to me recently had nothing to do with physical therapy but everything to do with restoring my lost faith in human nature. She is a beautiful human being.” Thank you, Leah, for all you do, and for being a wonderful example of what it means to be a caregiver.
