Sam is a Leader in every sense of the word. She remains calm in every situation. She leads by example and is considerate of her peers’ ideas and suggestions. Her peers find her to be a constant and consistent source of support. Most important, she puts our residents needs first. Compliments are often received from family members who recognize how she cares about their family member as if they were her own. She has a unique relationship with each person she cares for.
