Fundamental goals of this organization are to provide quality services that maximize the independence of those they serve, to support individuals as they live happy and productive lives close to family and friends, and to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities within the local community. Mission It is the mission of Home and Community Options, Inc., to provide support and residential services to people with developmental disabilities in order to enable individuals to live as full members of their communities.
