Trinona Triathlon/Duathlon

Volunteers have been the lifeblood of Trinona since 2009! Join hundreds of local volunteers to assist athletes, spectators and the race crew. Get a free Trinona RACE CREW t-shirt, refreshments and a million thankful smiles. The least we can do for each volunteer is to give back a little something for you! All Trinona volunteers will receive: • A commemorative volunteer T-shirt celebrating this year’s event • Complimentary snack and beverage • Complete community service hours • Meet a new friend or business contact • Create new interests or hobbies • Fulfillment of helping another individuals accomplish their goal or dream • And, of course, the good feeling one gets when helping a worthy cause

Trinona Weekend Schedule:

Saturday, June 10 • 2–6 p.m. • Multisport Expo – Athlete registration for race day and check out sponsor booths. Sunday, June 11 • 7 a.m. – Noon • Trinona Sprint & International Distance Triathlon – Beginner-friendly Sprint course and iconic International course. • Trinona Run-Bike-Run Duathlon There are a variety of volunteer opportunities for every interest and ability level. Trinona Weekend volunteer shifts are available on June 9, 10 & 11, 2023. Including, but not limited to set-up, packet pick-up, course safety, directing athletes and clean-up.
