Winona Health President/CEO, Rachelle Schultz, EdD, was among the individuals recognized in this year’s feature.

In addition to leading Winona Health, Rachelle is the Minnesota Hospital Association board chair and frequently shares her perspectives on healthcare issues on a local, state and national level. She’s an innovative leader and an advocate for rural and community healthcare.
