Winona County’s 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment Survey is now complete. Randomly selected households throughout Winona County received a survey with all responses kept anonymous.
Survey results provide a better understanding of the health of the Winona County residents. Many community organizations use the survey results to: identify gaps in services; determine needed changes; and design new programs.
Now that the survey process has concluded, all community residents are invited to participate in listening sessions that will be offered in a couple different formats. Listening sessions will be designed to allow residents to share their thoughts on the results of the survey as well as their ideas for a healthier Winona County.
Listening sessions are scheduled for the week of July 21 and include virtual and in-person options.
