Changes to your plan? Here’s how to keep your care.

As a valued patient of Winona Health, we want to inform you of changes to your Medicare Advantage Plan. Beginning January 1, 2026, Medicare Advantage plans, including Quartz and UCare, will no longer be available in Winona County. While this plan remains available in some surrounding counties, Winona Health, including the Rushford Clinic, will no longer be in-network for Medicare Advantage members. This change may result in increased out-of-pocket costs if you wish to continue receiving care at Winona Health with your current plan.
