Join us for free infant and adult CPR classes led by Helen Bagshaw, CCRN. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, babysitter, or caregiver, these hands-on classes give you the confidence and skills to act in an emergency — and peace of mind every day.

Infant CPR and Choking Response A free, one-hour training class to be held at Winona Health on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the B.A. Miller Auditorium, hospital 3rd floor, 855 Mankato Avenue, Winona. This class is for parents, grandparents, babysitters, Dad’s group and any community members who want to learn how to perform infant CPR and how to respond to a choking infant or child.

Adult Hands Only CPR and Choking/AED Use A free 45-minute workshop to be held at Winona Health on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the B.A. Miller Auditorium, hospital 3rd floor, Winona. Learn how to help someone having sudden cardiac arrest or a choking emergency, and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED).

Everyone is welcome. Bring a friend, partner, family member or neighbor and learn together. Both classes will be easy, informative and fun with manikins, music, handouts and useful resources to share.
