Trees of Light annual campaign to honor and remember special friends and family

During the giving season, many people look for ways to add meaning or make a difference to others through their gifts. The Winona Health Foundation’s Trees of Light holiday fundraising campaign, currently underway, is a perfect opportunity to do just that.

The community is invited to participate in the Trees of Light fundraiser by making a donation in honor or in memory of beloved family members, special friends or valued colleagues. Their financial contribution then supports local healthcare projects to improve the health and well-being of our community.

Those who give can direct their gift to their choice of Winona Health Foundation funds, such as the Hospice Fund, Ben & Adith Miller Patient Care Fund or another area of the donor’s choice or to the area of greatest need.

Honoree and donor names received through December 31 will be published in the Winona Post and on the Winona Health website within a few weeks of receiving the gift. Trees of Light donations may be made online at winonahealth.org/treesoflight, in person at the Foundation office on the first floor of the hospital at Winona Health, 855 Mankato Avenue, Winona, or by mail to that address. Donation forms are available online and in the Winona Health Foundation office.
