As a nurse practitioner, I enjoy building strong relationships with patients and fellow caregivers as I believe that leads to the best healthcare outcomes. One of the things I enjoy most about being a nurse practitioner is providing education. I have an opportunity to help people more broadly with information about health and wellness in general. Things that come up in discussion as we get to know people might help us point them in the right direction for other kinds of care they may want. Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, biking, reading, knitting and traveling. I am also fluent in Spanish.
