Changes to your plan? Here’s how to keep your care.

As a valued patient of Winona Health, we want to inform you of changes to your Medicare Advantage Plan. Beginning January 1, 2026, Quartz and UCare Medicare Advantage plans will no longer be available in Winona County. While this plan remains available in some surrounding counties, Winona Health, including the Rushford Clinic, will no longer be in-network for Medicare Advantage members. If you are one of those affected, you will need to choose a new plan. The good news is that there are many other Medicare Advantage options available that include Winona Health in-network — in fact, all remaining plans except Quartz and UCare continue to include us.
